Personally, my motor symptoms are reasonably well controlled by medication most of the time but unfortunately, fatigue is a major feature of my PD. So whilst visually I often look quite normal and unaffected by PD, in reality my life is heavily restricted by the illness. Fatigue is a much under researched symptom of PD and consequently there is very little in the way of drugs to ease the problem.

It is something I have taken for granted in the past but my wife recently pointed out the enormous therapeutic value of this and how lucky I am to have it.
